Texting Terms & Conditions

The NYU College & Career Lab uses ThruText, provided by GetThru, to communicate more efficiently with CCL students and their families. Opt-ins are collected at the time of registration of the program, and students or parents can opt out of text reminders at any time. Please see the information below for more details.

By providing your phone number on the contact page or opting in at the time of registration, you agree to receive text messages from NYU College & Career Lab and informational messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP to request help or STOP to opt out of text messages.

You can opt out of this service by texting STOP or emailing us at collegecareerlab@nyu.edu.

Below are two example messages you might expect to receive from CCL:

• Hello! We are looking forward to seeing you this week for Practice Labs! Remember to bring materials for notes. We will begin at 9:30 am and finish at 2 pm.
• Summer registration opens this week! Remember to check your email for the registration link or email us at collegecareerlab@nyu.edu if you have any questions.

If you text the word “HELP,” you will see the following message:
